San Francisco Supervisor Sandra Lee Fewer led a chant of “F— the POA,” referring to the city’s police union, during a Tuesday night election night party for district attorney candidate Chesa Boudin.
A KQED reporter captured the profane moment on video and posted it to Twitter, which shows current supervisors Hillary Ronen and Matt Haney along with former supervisors Jane Kim and David Campos smiling in the background.
The San Francisco Police Officers Association has around 2,200 members serving on the force.
