Utility crews restored electricity Tuesday, Oct. 16, to most of the roughly 9,200 customers who lost power in Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino counties because of gusty Santa Ana winds.
As sunset approached, the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power said the lights were back on for all of its 8,900 previously powerless customers.
