The Los Angeles City Council approved on Friday, Jan. 24 a transfer of $4.1 million to the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority in a bid to support homeless residents living along the Arroyo Seco Parkway in the First District.
In a unanimous vote, council members allocated the funds for outreach and housing services that will be used specifically in Councilmember Eunisses Hernandez’s district, which encompasses northeast Los Angeles neighborhoods.
