The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in Riverside County rose today for the 15th consecutive day, increasing three-tenths of a cent to $3.287, its highest amount since March 17. The average price has risen 10.7 cents over the past 15 days, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service.
