Normal Heights Parents Say Local Park Is Being Overtaken By The Homeless

Parents in Normal Heights say they can no longer enjoy a day at the park with their children because homeless are taking over.

One mom was even too afraid to show her face on camera, but she told 10News she’s found needles and human feces on the playground equipment.
