L.A. County Sued Because Of Ban On Sex Offenders As Poll Workers

Two registered sex offenders are suing Los Angeles County for the right to become poll workers.

City News Service says the suit filed Monday argues that the county’s policy banning offenders violates state law and the Constitution.
