KCRA– Former Stockton Mayor Anthony Silva was arrested Thursday night for possessing a firearm and violating the terms of a no contact order issued against him, his attorney Allen Sawyer said.
Silva was taken into custody by the California Department of Justice and booked into jail around 9:55 p.m., the San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Office said.
According to jail records, he was booked on a felony weapons possession charge and a misdemeanor charge.”
